2. Ship the products back to the sender within 14 calendar days as per D. Lgs. 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the goods, leaving them in their original packaging complete with accessories along with a copy of the return request. You may use the same courier company that made the shipment or rely on another courier company of your choice. The right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been properly exercised if the following conditions are fully met:

1. The return request must be sent within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2. The goods must be shipped at your expense to DIMAS SRL – Via Ugo Foscolo, 6 – 73010 Surbo (LE) Italy, within 14 calendar days as per D. Lgs. 206/2005 since receipt, unused and in the original packaging complete with all accessories. However, before sending the goods back, you must wait for our confirmation email which will contain all the instructions.
3. Returned goods can be replaced for one time with a product of the same amount or with another product by paying the difference in case of higher cost, plus shipping costs, as long as points 1 and 2 of the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal and replacement are met.

If all the above conditions are met, DIMAS SRL will refund the price of the purchased products excluding shipping costs and any taxes and customs duties (if the goods are sent back to us from abroad) within 14 calendar days as per D. Lgs. 206/2005.

If the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions, we will inform the customer. In this case you will be able to get back the purchased products by paying the shipping costs, in case of refusal of this condition, DIMAS SRL reserves the right to retain in addition to the product also the corresponding amount.

After receiving the goods back, the necessary verifications will be made and the acceptance of the return will be confirmed by e-mail.

Regardless of the payment method used, the arrangement of the refund will be activated as soon as possible and in any case within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the return as per D. Lgs. 21/2014 – implementing Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights – entered into force from 14/06/2014. The actual time for re-crediting of paid amounts depends on the payment method used.
