Purchase and payment

To make the purchase, the online procedure must be carefully followed. DIMAS SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, in case of doubts about the veracity – for example: incomplete or inconsistent personal data, payment defaults already manifested in previous purchases, doubtful authenticity of the credit card – or in case of unavailability of products. Notification of order rejection or cancellation (by e-mail or telephone) may not be timely and may also occur following subsequent contact by the customer.

How to purchase?

Purchasing on this site is simple:

1. Click on the desired product to access its product sheet and view in detail all relevant information about the product. Select the quantity and size, if any, then click “Add to Cart.”

2. To purchase now, click on “Buy.” To change the contents of the cart, select the Quantity and update the cart. To delete the product, click “Remove.” View the products placed in your shopping cart and, to finalize your order, click “Proceed to Purchase.”

3. Enter the necessary shipping information and select the payment method:

  • credit card

  • PayPal

  • Bank Transfer – Order is processed upon actual receipt of payment. If payment has not been received within 5 days of the order, the order will be canceled.

Finally, read the summary of your purchase and click “Buy.”

Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an e-mail containing your order identification information and confirmation that your order has been successfully received.

Prices and Payment Methods

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes and VAT for EU countries, final for non-EU countries. Any shipping costs or payment charges are in any case communicated to the Customer in advance through the site or these Conditions.

The following payment methods are provided

 

  • Credit card
    In order to prevent Internet fraud, payment made through the Site is handled through the Gestpay system. This company is responsible for the storage and automatic processing in a protected environment of financial information. The credit card number, expiration date,…are directly handled by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, which guarantees the security of online information. DIMAS SRL never learns the credit card details and is therefore unable to file or store them in any way.

  • PayPal
    For payment, the Paypal circuit can be used by the customer according to the specific terms of the same
  • Transfer
    Assuming purchase by bank transfer, bank details for payment will be displayed. Payment by wire transfer involves an additional charge to the Customer, which varies according to the terms reserved for him by his bank. The goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of payment in the bank.

Payment security

The payment transaction takes place on a secure page, which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificates, a system that ensures maximum security for online transactions. Credit card data is protected from unauthorized access by SSL encrypted data transfer, which is not accessible to third parties.

Shipping

For delivery of his purchases, the Customer may choose his residence or home, workplace, or private address of natural person of his choice. For security reasons, no deliveries to P.O. boxes will be made and the order will not be processed.

Purchases will be delivered by TNT courier (Italy) or UPS (EU countries) or by EMS/QPE service (non-EU countries), depending on the destination, and sent on the next business day after the order is completed.

DIMAS SRL will send the Customer a confirmation e-mail once the Products have been shipped.

Delivery of the goods requires the presence of the Customer or his/her designee at the recipient’s address indicated in the order. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by placing a written control reservation on the Courier’s proof of delivery. Once the Courier’s document is signed, the Customer may not object to anything delivered.
If it is unable to deliver the goods ordered as a result of the unexpected unavailability, even temporary, of the Products, DIMAS SRL will promptly notify the Customer, and in any case not later than 15 (fifteen) days, by e-mail. The amount already paid by the Customer will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the purchase order.

Shipping time

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and national holidays. DIMAS SRL is not responsible for unforeseeable delays, it being understood that, except in cases of force majeure or company closure for the summer vacations, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) working days from the day following the day on which the Customer transmitted the order to DIMAS SRL. In case of purchase by credit card or PayPal, delay in shipment may be caused by inability to withdraw the amount authorized for payment. If past 15 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) you have still not received the goods, please contact customer service at customercare@calzoleriamarini.it

With regard to deliveries requested to countries outside the European Union, any import customs fees will be borne by the recipient. Customs duties and taxes, if any, vary according to the country of destination and are applied when the goods arrive in that country; therefore, the Customer is encouraged to contact the customs authorities in his or her country in advance to check costs and any import limits.

In case of rejection of the goods by the customer or non-delivery due to other reasons (e.g. wrong address and/or phone number of the consignee; repeated absence of the consignee, etc.) the amount to cover the following expenses will be withheld: sending goods + returning goods + customs for return and charged to the consignee. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
