Return Instructions
If you wish to return your purchase, our return process is simple and free within 30 days of delivery. Here's how:
- Access the return form on our website and enter the requested information.
- Provide the address at which the courier will make the pickup
- Select a preferred date and time slot for pickup, but be advised that the time slot may not always be respected by the courier.
- Enter your phone number so that the courier can contact you for any communications.
- Indicate the reason for the return and specify whether you wish to receive a refund or exchange.
- Once you fill out the form, our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the return and provide further instructions.
- After receiving confirmation from customer service, we will send you an email with the shipping label to be stamped
- Paste the label on the package containing the shoes you want
- Put the shoes back in the original package and seal the package carefully
- Make sure the shipping label is securely attached and prominently displayed on the package.
- The courier will come to pick up the package at the address and time indicated. Whereas, unfortunately, couriers may not always adhere to the specified time slot.
- Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check on the product
- If successful, we will proceed with your request. If you have opted for a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method. If you have opted for an exchange, we will send you the new product as soon as possible.
